It's an air cooled 1600...
Ok, so it's not installed, it's just being transported, but still, it's nice to know that the little xA can haul some serious cargo. I saved lots of gas money since I didn't have to use my gas-guzzling F-150.

Nice trick
Sweet. Got my attention
I have thought about dropping a VW 2.0 16V in the box. I've done a few engine conversions, VW related. http://volksweb.relitech.com/robw.htm
I just can't get over the whole VW powered Scion dilemma.
You must be over 1776 to drink all that gas from that Webber 48

Ok, the motor is out of my autocross car, a formula vee. Right now it's running on 2 cylinders, which is why I took it to a shop in Kentucky for a rebuild. The motor without gearbox only weighs about 200 lbs, so it's like having a fat guy in the back seat. Once it gets rebuilt, it will make about 100 hp at the flywheel--nothing to write home about, but it's cheap and low to the ground. The handles are on the plywood cradle I made to make it easy to load/unload.
