New Phantom Gray xA in registry
Hello Everyone,
I just added my xA to the registry. My girlfriend purchased a 2004 gray xA about 3 months ago and we love it. We enjoyed it so much in fact that we went out and purchased another one. We now own two Phantom Gray Scion xA's.
Her xA is stock except that we just purchased a Yakima Rack system to haul our mountain bikes and kayaks.
Mine has 18" Enkei RS5 wheels with Yokohama 215/35/18's. I also have 20% tint on all windows and limo on the back. I have ordered the Tanabe DF210 lowering springs (Just got shipping confirmation tonight in fact) so will have it dropped next weekend.
I'm also going to install 2 - 12" Rockford Fosgate subs behind the rear seat. I'm really picky when it comes to the look of my vehicles, so I imagine the sub install will take a couple of weekends.
We're having a blast with the little cars. I'm also really enjoying the forums - lots of good information in here. We hail out of Athens, TX.

DJ_X_Trodinaire - Thanks. We're having a good time with the cars.
Mikochu - Sure, I'll try and get a picture of it soon. We bought the copperhead bike attachment, and we're looking at the kayak racks. Easy to setup, but I'm not real crazy about the rubber pads for the rear risers. They're the Q7 clips for Honda's, but the front is made for the Scion. The one complaint is it is LOUD. We paid $275 for the setup. It's about $300 on the Yakima site. Ask your dealer to cut you a deal if you purchase attachments.
runforestrun - Hmmm. You put enough money on the table and something might happen with girlfriends and rack pictures.

Cool, yeah...I had a deal for a Q Tower set for 130 shipped. All i'd have to buy is the clips, but the deal fell through. Maybe you should buy windjammers or the fairing to fix the noise problem...? Can't wait for the pics.
Mikochu - Here's a few pics of my girlfriends Yakima Rack system. Pics are low res - and dark - but it should give you an idea of the setup.
I can get some better pics later.

prince_paul - Nope, offroading days are behind me. Pics were taken in front of the peach orchard at our place.
It's taken me some getting used to going from a Jeep with 35" tires to dodging hamburger wrappers on the roads. :D
