Default Popping Sound

I was in an accident about a month and a half ago. The front end got smashed up a little. I needed a new fan, bumper, hood, and motor mounts. I am still noticing that the car is idiling rough at times and today while I was stopped at a red light with my air conditoner on I heard to loud Popping sounds (they sounded like they were from my car). Any ideas on what this could be? The car is going back into the shop tommarrow because about a week ago someone it my car while I was in the mall and the shop is going to take my car to toyota to have it looked at because of the rough idle. Any help would be great. I dont know ANYTHING about cars.

Mine has a rough idle too, with the door open and the engine running you can see the door shake. I only have 1100 miles on it so far, maybe it goes away after break in?

well if you're fan got replaced and such I'm thinking maybe the popping is the blades of the fan hitting something, I don't really know unless you can isolate the problem to a specific area and the conditions when it happens.
