I was looking at the Scion site last night, checking out the RS xA and XA specs. I didn't see this. So I'm wondering, to you RS owners or to anyone who knows. Does the RS xA only come in a MT? Since I'm asking you already know I'd need an auto.

 

I'm 99.9% sure that the RS can be found in both manual and auto.

I own an auto and love it. You will the RS if you can find one.

 

a local dealer's got 2 auto rs1.0 sitting in their lot for over 2 month already.

 

LOL...my local dealer has had a manual RS for about that long too.

 

I've got # 20 on my lot. It's an automatic. Sweet car.

WOW #20, We did # 30 a few months ago-we are working on selling our 4th right now-They dont sit on our lot for long-I try to keep one in stock at all times-they are so hot to look at and customers eyes gleam when they see them-like a big red peice of candy!!


And yes they are available in both auto or manual-my guess is the manuals are pretty rare-like the RS xB was.

Yeah it comes in an Auto, the lot here has a auto, number was between 800-1100 if I recall, yeah vague.
Is the RS a 2004 or a 2005 model?

mine is #747 (i know awesome number haha) and its an auto

 

my RS 1.0 is #790 and it is an auto. I would have gotten a manual because I love to drive MT cars but in Los Angeles, the traffic is ridiculous and it would just annoy me. Besides, the dealer only had two and they were both autos at the time. Try calling around to your local dealers to find an auto, or if you have a preferred dealer call them to see if they have it, if not they can often arrange a trade between dealers to get it.

 

Wow, thanks for all the responses. As I told one dealer while I'd love to buy an XA *and a Tc too* ha hah, financially I'm not ready. Hopefully sometime next year.
