Scion 2006 XA -How Do I activate xm radio?
Hi, I have a 2006 scion xa limited release stingray blue #251 it came with a pioneer T1807 head unit that is satellite ready, it also came with the xm box under the passenger seat and the xm antenna on the top of the hatch door, i am having a problem activating the service, i know it says to tune to channel 000, but i cant figure out how to do that, when i press the am/sat button it stays tuned to am, does anyone have a solution....
Thanks
Thanks
I do have it, i bought the car new and just decided to activate the xm radio recently, it is under the passenger seat and there are wires hooked up to it...there is a velcro piece of carpeting on top of it
Sounds like something isn't connected then. Check all the cables, the ones connected to the box under the seat and the back of the head unit (radio).
I'm guessing no one else out there had this happen or they'd probably post something.

You may need to check the harness. It may be disconnected at the back. It would seem odd, but it may be the case. I just hooked up a Sirius direct box and did not get any sound until I called Sirius and had them activate the radio. You should have two connections on the box under your seat one for the antenna and one to the head unit.
