So does anybody know if you can get the sirrus sat. radio unit.... for use with the upgraded ipod pioneer tuner. I ordered the upgraded stereo for my car since I love my ipod, but Iwould love to get the sirrus in there as well. Somebody told me they can mount it underneath the seat.. and you can use the radio. Is this true? or is it just for xm radio?

I have this in my xA and I can plug in an iPod and my Sirius at the same time and switch between them.

This is what you need to use the factory head unit as satellite radio also.

 

or, you could just pay alot of extra money.. and have the dealership do it.. but do you know if it will work with the upgraded ipod pioneer deck? I would like to have it so you never see the sat. tuner... just my reg. tuner. I dont want to have to mount another tuner for the sat. on the dash....

 

The link I posted turns your factory radio into the xm radio.... all your functions will be controlled from the factory unit.
