hey guys..so today wen i went to work i noticed that my clutch was very "sticky" everytime i pushed it in. I have a 06 Xa, do u guys know why? how i can fix it? I thought it was because it was freezing outside but even after the car got warm, still was..."sticky"
wat do u guys think?

maybe you stepped on gum and then pressed the clutch in and now there's gum on your clutch. I did that one time, i was super ____ed. i had to clean it with some rubbish i found in a nearby trashcan.

I had a leaking engine seal in my benz and a good burning of the clutch would take care of the stickieness for a while. Just let off the clutch 75% in 2nd gear at a stop at 2 grand ti burn off a bit of the surface.

As a side note, I think my stickieness I experience was from the fact I was not pressing the clutch petal 100% to the floor before shifting.

If this is going on, you may hae an engine or tranny seal leaking or your clutch cylidner needs bleeding. Just get a 7mm wrench or so and loosen it in front of the radiator after removing the little rubber boot and let a little fluid out.
