Default Tanabe DF210 and Camber question

I searched but got tired....so I'm just going to ask....
I am getting ready to install my new DF210 springs. Is it a forgone conclusion that I will need a camber kit?
When I look at the rear wheels on other cars that are lowered, 7 out of 10 of them look like they could use some adjustment.....so what do the experienced moders say?

I've been running on DF210's for about 11,000 miles now and have seen no need for a camber kit. The suspension is in good spec and my handling is great.
