Default xA Repair/Part replacement.

Last night, my 05 xA got it's rear bumper ripped off in an accident.
Smashed up the rear right taillight and there's a fantastic dent below that.

Being that this car is discontinued, how difficult/easy is it to obtain replacement parts? I really like my xA and had no plans on trading it in anytime soon, as I really cannot afford a new car right now.

Any advice?

I really don't understand your post.. are you trying to repair the damage yourself? or is it going to a body shop for repairs? (shop can get the parts for you)
but if your going DIY check out http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214915
they can get you anything

I was pretty much just trying to see if any xA owners had to go through collision repair and see what the costs may be for it.

I want mine repaired and running healthy as soon as possible.

I own a body shop here in South Florida and have no trouble getting any parts from the local Scion dealers. Whether it is a large part or even a small specific bolt, they have or can get it. Usually the same day. 3 at most. So don't worry. Any body shop will be able to take care of the problem. I actually did custom work for Hollywood Scion for a lotta their customers and some show room models. Which usually sold the next day after return delivery. LOL So don't worry and try n get someone that likes working on your brand car. As with myself, they will invest a little more attention to the repair if they like the car.

If I've heard correctly, automakers must produce parts for 10 years after a model is discontinued.
So, I think you'll have no problems sourcing parts for your repair.
