Default 05 xb running rough

I was in a wreck where I hit 2 deer on the driver side fender. I bought it back from insurance and had it fixed at a great price. I am now trying to chase down what could cause these certain lights stay on. I have yet had a code reader hooked up to them due to not having a code reader. The 3 codes are Check Engine, VSC, and Trac off.It starts up fine but after running about min or so it starts pretend like it is going to die. I give a little gas and runs fine for a bit then back to running rough. I replaced the MAF sensor due to it being very dirty and I read where that could be some of the issue. Yet it still is doing the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions to where to go next or sensor to check.

thanks

Still might be the maf sensor. You probably didn't need to replace it, just spray it with cleaner. A couple of months ago I had what sounds to be the same problem except it would idle so bad it stalled. It ended up being a dirty maf sensor and even after it was cleaned it still didn't run right immediately. I drove it for about 5 minutes over to the dealership with the maf sensor unplugged because that was the only way it would run then they plugged it back in and it was fine. So first just unplug your sensor and if it idles normal that might be all it is, just drive it easy for a few minutes then plug it back in.
