If you want some minor gains on NA, there's the usual: Intake/Header/Exhaust (optional). Staying NA or FI, to free up some lost HP, you can lighten up your pully, flywheel and/or rims. There's a few turbo kits and 2 supercharger kits. I've heard some bad reliability/performance issues with some of the Blitz S/Cs. I myself have a Greddy S/C and love it. Not as much power as most of the turbo kits, but still hella-fun.

I know the Greddy SC is made for the auto but works with manuals also. Not sure about the Blitz kit or any of the turbos. You should be able to do any of the other items except the flywheel though.

Just like Dark said... The Greddy kit was designed for auto's, so all you have to do is buy it and install it. I beleive the install manual is written for autos. I'd find mine, but I'm LAZY... I think MSRP is $3.5k, but a good deal is around $2.4k shipped.
Install for the mechanicals was easy, took me 8 lazy hours (not something you want to rush through). You need relatively simple tools (read: good socket wrench set) and a pry bar to set the belt tensioners. Also, you'll need an impact drill to swap the altenator pully. The ECU is a piggy back. Just finding a place to mount it is the most time consuming (glovebox for me).
