Default 2004 xB Battery, Brake, ABS,... Lights On. Help

Hi, I have a 2004 Scion xB. A few days ago I hit the curb while parking and it knocked the hubcap off the front passenger tire. I easily snapped it back on and thought nothing of it.
Today while driving home from the grocery store the radio suddenly died and on the dashboard the battery, brake, airbag, Trac Off, VSC and ABS lights All went on.
A few minutes later they went out as the radio came back on, but then a couple minutes later the radio again died and all those lights lit up again. The car drove fine.

So what do I do to get these lights off and my radio to stay on?

Take the car to your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts store and have them read the codes. That will point you in a more correct direction than internet diagnosis. You can come back here with the codes and we can help you.

Just for giggles, open your hood and check your battery connections. The "bump" might have loosened one of them and could cause some of those issues.

Hi, Well I went to drive the car 12/31 and it would not start. No sound at all when I turned the key. So I called AAA. They came checked my battery, said it was dead and put it a new one. The car started right up and no dash boards lights on, so I thought it all was fine. 1/2 I drive to work (45 minute drive), all is fine. After work I get about 5 miles from home and I decide to put the radio on and within minutes the dashboard lights come on, starting with the battery light, then the rest of them. Then a mile from home the car completely dies on me and I roll over to the side of the road. After about 5 minutes I try to start the car again and it starts and I make it home, but the battery followed by the rest of the dashboard lights come back on. I made it home and car didn't die on me this time.

I'm supposed to bring it to an AAA service center this weekend for them to check it and get me the codes that show up. I'll post them when I get them.

Question? For a problem like this would it be better to bring the car to a Toyota/Scion dealer repair shop or any Auto repair shop?
