I have a 2006 SCION XA - I need a service guide or "how-to" replace the engine with a new(er) one from another XA or XB. The old one has one bent valve and the other valve completely snapped, the top of cylinder one looks like the back side of the moon.

I'm looking for a step-by-step. Hopefully with pics.

Electronic format (cd or on-line) would be best.

You might want to try posting in the Scion xA forums section rather than tC. You might get more answers there. Also you might want to search before you post.

 

just ask blownxa, he has replaced his engine like umpteen times already.
