Try an impact gun or a breaker bar on the bolt. Your also gonna have to find a way to stop the pulley from spinning when you try loosening the bolt. A little bit more elbow grease and strength and it should break free thou. Good luck...
I used a rachet handle or something similar to go between spokes of the pulley and against a protrusion on the block to prevent the pulley from rotating. I think I also had to use an extension to the rachet to break the bolt loose. It is on there tight.
ya i was lying on the ground pushing against a wall with your standard length socket it is a biatch but it will give... i had more problems with the alternator that the crack though due to the confined space and all just give it some mucle itll go. i had a socket extender between the bottom of the pulley right next to the block to stop the spining.
I just used a ratchet, with a breaker bar, and put a big screw driver wedged in there to hold the pulley in place.
Also helps to tighten the bolt first, to break the seal of the factory loctite, then loosen it back up.
