Default Axle Upgrade for both xA and xB

check it out, i've been looking all around for upgrade axles for the xB after hearing about ZPI and thier problem of busting axles when boosting more then 9-10psi.

level 3.9 upgrade good for 500hp. now to see about getting those hub replacements in a 5 lug to handle more torque on the tires

http://www.driveshaftshop.com/item170764.ctlg

also i ran across a thread on here about Race Precision's piston kit for the 1NZFE to allow around 30psi boost and upto 600hp? anything on that? http://raceprecision.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=51

and ofcourse to deal with such power the gearing ratios would need some lengthening, anyone know where to go to get that done at all?

i also saw on importperformanceparts.net about a engine internals upgrade that includs: Complete Gasket Set, Performance MLS Head Gasket, ROSS/Wiseco Forged Pistons (75, 75.5, 76mm) and (8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 10.0 comp ratio), Plasma Moly Rings, TOGA HP Main Bearings, TOGA HP Rod Bearings and Thrust Washers. was wondering if that would be a better choice then the race precision set and wondered if anyone has done this importperformanceparts.net set and how much boost they could handle afterwords?

my goal is to get the box to handle 15psi or more. the axels will diffenatly help but now i'm worried about the block. thoughts?

The axles and the kit, look fine to handle what your looking
for, as far as long gears there are other threads. Scince,
your looking to spend that much money, might as well get a
puck clutch, and just dump it into gear, at every shift..
and shift quick!

"and shift quick!"
no joke! i know how that is. thats why i'm looking at options for the gearing.

funny enough, it took me a month to find upgrade axles...
i havn't find much though when it comes to the gear ratios though...

was thinking that both the gears and final drive would have to be moddified to be longer. Clutch wise i was thinking of getting a stage 2+ or 3 to 3+ from SPEC. can't go higher then 3+ without being illegal hahaha.

if your going to make that much power, you will want to go ahead and sleeve the block. so the 1nzfe pistons wont do you any good. always start from the inside if you want to make serious, reliable horsepower.
