Changing the belts is easy.
You do have to jack the car up, remove the wheel on the front passenger side, and pull the plastic cover down to access the belts. The plastic cover can be leaned out of the way, but it is just as easy to simply pull the whole thing off so it is completely out of the way.
There are 4 10mm bolts and 1 10mm nut that hold the cover in place. the rest of it is simply overlapped with the cover from the driver's side. Remove these bolts and nut and you can pull the plastic cover out of the way. This will expose the lower pulleys.
Take a good look at how the serpentine belt is routed. If you're facing the pulleys, looking at the crank pulley directly in front of you, the belt routes upward from the left side of the crank pulley, around the to of the alternator pulley, downward toward the left side of the water pump pulley, then around to the right side of the AC compressor pulley, then back around the bottom of the AC compressor pulley to the bottom of the crank pulley. This will make it easy to put the new one in place.
Loosen the top bolt on the alternator using a 12mm socket. This will allow the alternator to swivel inward toward the motor, loosening the tension on the serpentine belt. Once you've leaned the alternator inward a bit, slide the belt off the alternator pulley. You can now work the belt off the rest of the pulleys and pull it out the bottom.
Now, you need to loosen the power steering pump tension to pull the power steering belt. There is a 14mm bolt at the bottom of the power steering pump, behind the pulley. You may have to rotate the pulley a bit to expose the bolt entirely. Loosen this 14mm bolt. At the top of the power steering pump, close in toward the motor, there is another 14mm bolt. You may need to loosen it a tiny bit in order to get the power steering pump to pivot inward and down. Once the power steering pump can pivot, lean it downward and inward toward the crank pulley. This will loosen the tension and allow you to remove the belt.
If you're going to swap crank pulleys, now is the time. All you need to do is remove the 19mm crank bolt. Simply wedge something sturdy in between the spokes on the crank pulley to hold it still while you loosen the 19mm crank bolt. Pull the bolt out, remove the stock pulley, install the new pulley (make sure you align the pulley on the key), reinstall the crank bolt. Again, you'll need to wedge your breaker in between the spokes to prevent the pulley from turning while you tighten the crank bolt.
Now all you need to do is reverse the belt removal steps to install and tension the new belts.
When tensioning the serpentine belt at the alternator, you will want to use a breaker bar of some sort in order to pull enough tension on the belt to prevent slipping.

I changed both of mine over to Gates Blue Racing belts. I dont have enough mileage to report good or bad on these.

these are the gates racing part numbers

High Performance Automotive V-Ribbed Belt — K030334RB
High Performance Automotive V-Ribbed Belt — K040476RB

BTW ... i only had to loosen the bottom bolt on the power steering pump assembly to get it to move. I couldnt get to the top one to get it loose. Try loosening the bottom one, then push on the pump from the top and see if you can get the pump to rotate forward.
