Typical inspect and reoil is 6 months to a year (10-15k miles). Clean as needed- I'd do it once a year if the life expectancy is 20 washings (like K&N). I'm assuming the Injen had zero instructions like my Fujita. Fujita only hints that it can cleaned and reoiled but no instructions, interval, or cleaning kit.

Instructions.....? Why would they make it easy on us. Im at 50k miles and Ive only had the box for 2yrs. So Im thinking with the mileage I put on it, I shoud probably get to cleaning it

thanks
