Default Oil around spark plug thread

Changed the plugs for the first time a couple of nights ago, one of the plugs (if you are standing in front looking at the engine it is one all the way to passenger side) had oil on the threads, other 3 were dry as a bone. All the plugs looks great, just like the new iridium long lifes that went in.

This engine only has around 72k miles on it, was a used replacement for one that got hydro-locked. Local dealer did it and it has a 12 month warranty (up in Sept) so I wanna try and get a handle on what it is. This one uses around 3/4 of a qt over 5k miles (no leaks), where as the old motor did not use any.

Any thoughts?
