Default Chatter from engine bay

Hey guys,

Its been a while since I've been on but I need some assistance.

I've got an '05 xB 5 speed. Has 102,xxx miles on it. I've noticed a rattle/chatter from the engine bay recently. Now, it only happens in first gear when I'm accelerating from a complete stop. Never in any other gear, and it happens occasionally.

I've not done anything big to it. I had the clutch replaced 20,000 miles ago or so with the factory pressure plate and a new throw-out bearing. I cant get it to make the sound just idling and revving the engine.

I can only hear the sound when the windows are down and my music is off, it sounds like something is hitting, almost like the plastic underneath is rubbing something/shaking, however, I can't find anything loose in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guy.
