feel free to either notice the happy flashing banner at the top of your screen (that occasionally says precision muffler shop) or the "gold sponser" designation by stylis' name/avatar

oh and fyi this is what the mods are doing

Great so they sponsored so they can run around all the threads and tell everyone to buy from them? Hey I'm gunna buy a banner for $500 for the year and then run around ranting about how good Walmart's rim and tire shop is... thats not what they pay for as sponsors. They pay for the banner, not the right to run rampant through threads advertising their business.

When McDonalds buys a 30 second slot on the tv station you watch, it doesn't allow them to come sit on your couch and rap with your friends and family.

and you dont have to read the thread dude. gabe is a great guy and he works hard to support his family and add to the burgeoning scion community. since your new i wouldnt expect you to know this.

but as far as you. first you complain that hes not a sponser and shouldn't be posting all this advertising. then when you find out he actually is a sponser well hells bells he should just keep it at the banner.

pick one argument and stick with it.

Ok, this isn't cool. You need to stop giving gabe ____! He's one of the hardest working, nicest guys you will ever meet. There isn't anything that I or any of his real friends wouldn't do for him! As for his product....its the best out there and I mean it. I have the axle back and its the ____!

Now, leave him alone and go find one of these other guys that only jack other honest peoples post, and bother them!

I plan on getting one, probably because i've never seen a 'precision' exhaust.

Andrew
288? Still too high! PrecisionMuffler.com Axle Back $275.00 Thats better! :D
I seriously hope everyone would fork out $13 more for full mandrel, full SS piping & fully robotically TIG-welded exhaust from JIC - one of the more established tuners in Japan.

this: http://img21.photobucket.com/albums/...8-2865_IMG.jpg shows the crush bends as well as what I presume to be aluminized steel piping sprayed w/ black hi-temp paint of the 'Precision' system. this stuff: http://precisionmuffler.com/066c2520.jpg looks like something a HS kid welded in shop class & nowhere near 5Zigen/JIC quality.

btw, a $100 muffler is NOT generic. on summitracing.com: Dynomax Ultra Flo, 2 1/2 in. center inlet/center outlet, stainless steel, muffler $106.88 . Seeing you're a muffler shop, surely you know that muffler is just as good as the Magnaf MIG welded onto your exhaust systems...
So nice to see a newbie online that appreciates the topic! :D Also I dropped JIC products from my website, becasue they don't like to honor thier warranties when there is a problem with their stuff. And they are based in Japan, so you think they are gonna call you or email you the next day if you have a problem with their product?

Next complaint: HS kid work? you really went there! 5Zigen quality is just the same as me, except I am doin the work by hand and not allowing a machine to take care of it.

Next complaint:summitracing.com mufflers are cheaply built except for the flowmasters but I would never suggest anyone to buy a Dynomax muffler , even to make a buck! And if you are browsing summitracing, then you are a an american hotrod guy and somehow got into scions.

Sounds like someone is bitter, but that ok. I don't hate, but you gotta remeber everyone that I had a guy drive up from Southern LA . Just to get a hero's welcome and get an awesome exhaust system. By the way did I mention that we have only 108 HP and yet people are still complaining about my bends? Also the topic says"Cheap exhaust system?"and I was only answering the question.

DGTLLVR did you answer the topic question Newbie?
TonyC did you answer the topic question Newbie?

Making a first impression is always the lasting one, I am cool guy and I will let you guys answer. But hopefully in the end we will be having drinks at our next exposed meet.

ok ...... time for my pimp hand .......

not only is gabe a sponser ......... but has a clean xB as his daily driver and is one of the most active scion enthusiasts i know ....... which gives him full rights to any discussion on these boards (which was fully on topic)

futhermore, as someone who has been building autos from 4wd's w/ 440's to street trucks w/ pushed-to-the-max 4 bangers for over 10 years and have ACTUALLY SEEN THE MAN BUILD THE AXLEBACK i can honestly say his work is top-notch

so until you gain some knowledge THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE NEWBIES!!!!!

<gives newbies coronas> now run along and play

I here all this talk of the precision axle-back and it seems interesting. Does anyone have a close-up pic of that system installed? Does it drag on driveways? thanks

Default cheapest exhaust.

I found a sight that is selling a axle back 5Zigen fireball muffler for $222.47. That is the cheapest I found. Like errbody says, it depends on what ya want.
