Default Check out Nology Hotwires install on Xb

Just installed these last night. This is a coil-on plug conversion kit. Suppose to give more hp and torque as well as increased fuel mileage. Will give results after my test drive and along the way.

I'd be interested to know if they also give what you stated.

They look good, but won't be seen under the cover, unless you are planning to fab something up?

What was the cost.

the plastic cover wont fit with nology wires. i stil want to see independent dyno tests with nology wires and stock back to back cuz no how much stronger the spark adding length between the coil and plug is normally always bad. and leads to worse performance not better performance.

Well, after driving on the interstates today, I've noticed more punch and more noticeable torque in 5th gear. Before goin 80 mph sounded like the engine was gonna blow, now there is a little more oomph. I haven't seen the dyno stats yet but if you are interested give Jeff Klein (Nology Sales) a call at 1-800-665-6491.

You are correct the engine cover will not go back on. Install was a bit tricky at first, since I had to work off the instructions of the Acura RSX kit provided on their website.

Very true. I've already requested to see some dyno stats to support their claims.

I used to own a Nissan sentra. They came out for that car. I called Jeff, and e-mailed him. I offered to DYNO test a set of these wires and post the results. I asked for them free or a discount. They never responded My offer still stands on the XB I have some free dyno time comming to me.

I know that Jeff doesn't use email that much and you are better off calling him at the number above.

only reason i doubt hotwires on an xb/xa is because they add to the length of wire from none to almost a foot.

You will never see a actual dyno graph on hot wires why? 2 reasons. I gain of 1-2 HP cannot be proven. Do the dyno runs with out the wires you will never be able to get 2 the exact same. Pluss they dont ever dyno test them. I know every other web forum for other cars has asked for dyno sheets and they never EVER got one from nology.
