Default Custom Exhaust Pics

Well, I didn't go with the Ti muffler, because I would have had to cut out some of the rear frame. I also didn't plumb the full length with larger diameter piping, because then I would have had to deal with the CC and O2 sensors (no time for that now). When and if I go to FI, then I will blow out the whole exhaust system. I didn't do a dyno before the installation, so I won't be able to accurately measure any power gains.

I installed a straight-through polished stainless rear canister, and a polished stainless tip. The can needs to be adjusted about 1/4 inch to the left, otherwise, it's super mondo. I also tried to match the tip to the angle of the bumper.

The sound is pretty menacing, and definitely not too loud. I'll try to get a sound clip posted for you guys to check out.

nice 6in round magna flow! Was the tip already welded on? or did you have it welded on when it was installed? Still looks nice to me, I also have a magna flow set-up! Was your piping replaced also?

Now that is a LONG ___ tip. Looks good but it would've been crazy to see that other one on there. And nice cut on the end, the angle looks sweet

Sounds good, was wondering if you can get a sound clip at a steady idle on the street or something like that.

I chose the tip I wanted, then we flared out the exit pipe on the canister to match the diameter of the tip. If you look at the 4th pic (looking directly into the pipe), you can see the 2 welds where the tip is attached to the exit pipe. After a few months, carbon buildup will hide those welds.
