Default ebay intake ? updated with pics

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-04...QQcmdZViewItem

well people i just finished ordering this intake il let you know what i think when i get it in the mail il be taking better pics of the intake stand alone and of install - i should have known better than buying a inatke for under 40 dollars shipped but i just couldnt resist i do plan on getting a K&N filter rather than useing the cheap one it comes with well wish me luck has any body else used this intake ?

and has anybody bothered with the green no name springs they sell for $60 shipped ? if the intake goes well i just might get them well time for me to go night night bye ya!

ok people so i got my intake in the mail and i would have to say im very happy with it , now before installing i cleaned and made sure everything fit correctly - it didnt i the filter was a little to big for the pipe so i had to mod it with some rubber tape easy fix - other than that it was well werth the $40 shipped to my door

further inspection everything looks good

so it didnt come with instructions but if you cant figure it out you probably shouldnt be installing it your self heres a pic of it installed

and a pic of the filter now i just have to mod the cover to let some outside air in

at the same time i changed out my endlink bushings heres the oem bushings and new poly bushings

heres a pic of them installed

wow it did make a difference , corning fells a little cleaner well worth the $15 in my mind its the best performance mod for the buck - the intake is great 2 and for $40 you just cant go wrong

Looks almost like the fujita kit except the breather is before the MAF and of course the filter.

i bought this same exact intake with the intent of using my old kandn filter from my tc.. this was a good thing because that filter thats picutred there does not fit the pipe it comes with, its too big in diameter! dont buy this thing unless you have a kandn filter waiting. i also had to buy a new in line oil diffuser from injen, cause the one they sent me was deffective. they told me they would send me a new one, but never did. just a heads up.

Does anyone know of a filter preferably a K&N that you can just slap on a short ram intake with little or no prep...
