EDIT:Mods, move this if needbe...

Wasn't sure if I should put this here or in the Exterior Mod's section, but here's my idea:

I recently removed the badging from the back of the car. My idea is that I grind off the Toyota symbol from the block cover, then put the Scion badge that was on the back in it's place, then paint it all BOP, then tape everything off and paint a silver over the tops of they symbol and the engine type symbol. Yay, neigh? I think it'd be fun :D

 

sounds like a [ain but if someone's smart enough to notice it'll be a really nice subtle mod.

sounds good. but, why afix the scion badge and paint it blue only to paint it silver again when done? leave it off, paint and then afix. get randode to make you a silver VVTI. sweet.

or did I miss something.

I was saying to put the Scion logo on there, paint it all BOP to make it look like it's actually all one peice, then just paint the top surface of the logo(s) silver, not the whole cover.


I think I am going to try this. Should be a fun project.




On a side note, are there any solutions as far as covering the motor up? I haven't really searched around here yet, and I will, but any leads would be nice. I'd like the block cover to be seen, but everything else covered up with something that I can get painted BOP. Thanks guys!

 

didnt mean to be blunt but i have seen the front badge put on the engine cover. not sure what your going for but more power to you...goodluck
