engine noise at 4500k RPM's???

engine noise at 4500k RPM's???
At 4500k RPM my engine has a light whistling coming form the engine bay ive never noticed it before until i just changed out my serpentine belts(both).....and yes I know for sure its not the belts squeeking cuz i know what that sounds like.....this sounds like a whistle....like a turbo but without the turbo
