WOW! I guess I got to get in contact with vivid racing tomorrow, If you open your espelir link you'll see it says as part of its listed features

Key Features:

* Full Cat-back System

* Full Stainless Steel
* Mandrel Bent piping
* Bolt-on system
* Silencer included
* Street Legal
* 3 year warranty[/u][/i]

Also look at your Jic link, they list they exhaust systems as follows
SPARTAN Products - Full Single Exhaust

Those where my two main concerns to begin with so ya. I had never heard of the others but ill contact vivid racing tomorrow and havem open up some boxes or change their website.

Actually... the JIC Magic is an axle-back... BIOTCH.

Per their own website...

"***Rear Tail Section Only"

I'm not going to post something as fact, if I don't know it to be true.

And I can tell you really easy how to show a 13 hp gain on a dyno by installing an axle-back.

1. Run your baseline test during the heat of the day with no fans in front of the car and the a/c running.

2. Run your product test in the cool of the morning with plenty of airflow in front of the car with the a/c off.

3. Overlay dyno run graphs.

4. Advertise peak gain at largest variance, rather than the difference in peak horsepower.

I could make it look like taking a leak on your air filter gave a performance gain if I really wanted to.

Here's my question. Since it makes more sense to ask this in a thread that's already started, I'm hunting for an exhaust but I'm timid. I know the box is a 4cyl and getting totally away from a rice sound might be impossible. However, I want to give the xB a bit more sound, just not "OMGRICE!" sound, ya know?

Anyone got any suggestions for that?

That doesn't sound too bad from the videos. Kind of matches what I'm wanting, more sound without being annoying.

*reads comments on this system* What "pop" is this referring to?
