Default FI vs NA thoughts and discussion...

So basically i was thinking that in the FI route the greddy unit seems to be the most effective. you can argue this point but thats besides the point because superchargers (blitz, p.e.) are all going to give you give or take nearly a 30% increase in power...puting it right around 130 to the wheels (give or take). Turbos (greddy or custom) have similar results but seem to have more fuel issues and busted rods over 6 - 7 psi. So basically if I were to take the $2000 - $3000 it would take to buy a greddy supercharger or something similar and put it into a all motor setup (intake, exhaust, headers, pistons, pullys, flywheel, port-polish, etc.) would I yield the same 30% gain? If so what are all of your thoughts on FI vs NA (pros and cons and general thoughts).

Just thinking out loud at this point, but I'm really interested as to how this particular motor will respond FI vs NA.
