Gains beyond the intake, what next??
Hi,
I just installed an air intake in my xB. It was my first mod ever to a car. It seemed quite easy despite the funny smell. I'm hoping it's due to the fact it's new.
Here is my thread questioning the smell.

Moving forward....what other DIY mods can I do to improve the performance? Would I see better gains with a new header or exhaust?
Thanks,
PF

yes you would improve with both of those i suggest the exhaust before the headers somepeople have had story of horrible noises w intake header and stock exhaust i have the greddy evo 2 exhaust with the YDR short ram intake working on headers now noticed a good amount of gain also you could tighten your throttle cable this offers quiker response and will get you to WOP alot faster good luck with your mods
