Default Header and exhaust question

So, I am new to this whole xB thing. It is my wife's car and being a natural tinkerer by nature, I have been reading up on headers and exhaust. I did a search and did not see anything about this: If I change any componenet on the xB exhaust, do I have to re-map the computer? I am used to the whole v8 and carb thing from days long gone by. Is it truly as easy as it sounds? Bolt it on and away you go? Also, I assume it does not sound like a very mad chainsaw when done?

No you don't have to change anything. Computer will compensate. Sound depends on the exhaust you install- it COULD sound like a mad chainsaw if that's the one you pick!

Yup be careful on the one you pick, some are incredibly loud especially inside.
