Help with Camcon settings!!!
I am getting my camcon today. I can't get dyno time for three weeks
!! So if there is anyone with a N.A. xa/xb could you please share your settings until I get to the dyno to fine tune. I am looking for a good starting place for now.

You could save yourself the time of the dyno and do it yourself if you get a wideband o2 gauge. You can hook the camcon up and just leave it off till you hit the dyno if you dont wanna do it yourself. I personally think that the camcon is junk(I have it and am definitely not impressed). My settings wont help cause Im turbo'd.
here try this...

the top one is timing, the bottom one is fuel...

I am going to hook it up today, I really didn't want to wait. The shop that does some of my work has a wideband though. I didn't think of that. I might see a better gain from it being a N.A. engine. At least I hope. Got to go Fed Ex just dropped it off.
Thanks
Thanks
I strongly recommend that you do not adjust the camcon until you can have it tuned on a dyno. Similar engines and modifications will not help you, altitude, dew point, temperature are more significant factors than just a CAI or a header.
Hook it up and turn it on but I would leave all the settings at zero until your ready. That is like baking a cake today and saying don’t eat it until tomorrow, good luck on the restraint factor.

keep it turned off if you want 0 adjustments.
don't turn it on and leave the settings at 0.
become familar with the ECU fuse/reset.

That is because the check engine light will come on all the time. I know this now and it has only been one day. But the settings for the stock 1nz really improved my top end. I couldn't wait
. I will have a turbo on the car by next week or so. Then i can take it to the dyno. There is something kinda wrong with having so much time that I can put on a turbo while I am waiting for a dyno appointment. Gonna have to bump the NOS back down to a 35 shot with the turbo.

I never threw one from the Camcon, the only thing I experienced w/ it is that sometimes as the RPM's went up on the unit, the number 3 would get distorted. What was weird is that it only did it when the car was running. If I just was to go through the settings while the car was off, as I would scroll up to the number 3 it would be fine. What was really buggin me out was that sometimes thats where my car would bog down in the 3000-3900 RPM range. I know it wasnt a connection cause everything was soldered and I checked everything just to make sure. I tried contacting P.E. about it but was never able to leave them an email cause there mailbox was full and I just didnt feel like sitting on hold on a phone for an hour just to get the runaround.
