Pretty much a waste of time. The coil work best right on top of the spark plugs, moving them away, then putting in wires makes the spark lose intensity because it has to travel the length of the wires. For street driven cars, this only looks fancy, nothing else.

Default plug wires?

That would be completely a waste of time. The coil over plug is the best design that there is. There is no resistance added for plug wires, it is a direct spark. If you are trying to upgrade your ignition system I have a direct bolt in coil over plug with the amplifier built in. What exactly are you trying to accomplish though? The stock coils are capable of providing enough spark for most lower boosted applications

Ignition coils are WAYYYYYYY better than wires! Obviously, some people just want wires just to add some color to the engine bay!

adding wires to the engine bay just makes it more cluttered in a already cluttered engine bay
