Default I'm torn on whether to buy this or not

Ok so a few months ago i bought a Fujita SRI

When i was looking for a intake i came across this Top Fuel Power Chamber one
but when i was looking teh Top Fuel one was 225

Now i saw it again and it is only 115

its from teh same seller (PandaGarage)

im debating if i should get it and sell my Fujita SRI or just keep teh one i have

i've always wondered about top fuel.
what's the gain of the top fuel piece? why is it "better" per se than other brands/intakes ?
i just checked out the store btw, and i might jump on it too with enough incentive!

seems a little sketchy to me, they talk about how it makes the air "swirl" and stuff, is that not the same thing that the POS "tornado" thing claimed to do? Just seems like a gimmick to me. I hope I am wrong on it though.

i dont know. BUT top fuel is a legit JDM company that makes competent parts for cars and racing series cars.
i've just tried searching on here for others with top fuel intakes, but it seems like NO ONE has it one except for a handful.

EAmon, what made you want to get this intake? i'm curious as to what's the benefit to that power chamber it has ?

Man, it looks like that's gonna have a tight fit, especially with the bend that the filter sits at.

The MAF harness doesn't have a ton of slack, so you can't really twist it, so it looks like the filter will be pointing directly at the bumper.

The most interesting intake I've seen recently is the AFE one.

Exactly right. The whole "swirl" thing is a scam. There is no way the swirl would make it past the throttle body plate let alone break down 4 ways and make it to the intake valves.
