The install was a little more involved than i had anticipated, but i got it on without any major problems. Here's a pic. Sorry for having fingerprints and etc all over the header's finish, i took this pic AS SOON as i finished the install:

My feedback:
-Believe it or not......,i know our 1nz is a friggin creame filled twinkie.....but,.....there are some gains! Nothing substantial, but enough to notice that the top end dosen't bump out or lag as much as did previously with the stocker.
-Sound is deeper midrange
Overall, i'm pleased with the purchase, but to be honest not really that much difference in exhaust note with the stock RS2 axle back.
I have an Injen IS intake coming in tomorrow, hehe!

/\/\ Yes, you'll need to lift the car, or just jack stands. Getting too the spring loaded bolts that hold the header to the midpipe are impossible to get to through the hood unless you have broom sticks for arms.
Just need simple hand tools, but you'll especially need an extension.

Alright, a little update:
I had used a zip tie on the shifter linkage around the header. Today i noticed a strong burnt smell coming from the front of the car when i got home. Popped the hood and found that the aluminum heatsheild around the lnikage had still been resting on the midpipe. A little chared but served its purpose. Used a few more zip ties and attaced it to the brake lines on the firewall above the linkage to raise it off the midpipe. Also i noticed that the outter rubber shieve over the throttle cable had a little charing on it as well. Using yet another zip tie i corrected that.
So anyone that's installed the header or may be installing, here's a heads up.

Even though I purchased the DC Sports Header with the ceramic coating I didn't feel safe leaving the shifting linkage touching the header. In the exhaust section of Autozone I picked up a package of utility wire for $3.99. This is basically a steel wire which is now holding the shifter line away from the header by about 5/8 of an inch. I highly reccommend using the wire over zip ties, especially considering the DC header will still reach a couple hundred degrees even with the coating on it.

Attached to brake lines/ABS extentions/ hydralic clutch lines, whichever.

Here's a better pick of how i moved the throttle cable or hood latch cable outta the way. Didn't really trace it out to see which it was, don't really care, top priority was just getting it outta the way.
That's what happens when major heat is involved.
Did you think about using heat wrap around the header? It will be an extra attempt to keep those cables safe, plus you'll get better performance with it.
