internal capabilities

so ive been hearing mixed information on what the stock internals can handle to the wheel and am hearing people put holes in their blocks. anyone have a true whp they can handle before damaging anything?

If you plan to go forced induction or high compression then you should beef up the rods. Stockers just won't last unless you are easy on them and that defeats the purpose of adding power.
