I have a stock xb. I want to keep it n/a what should be my first (most cost effective) mod for increased hp? I would like to keep my mpg the same if not improve it.

 

well, if youre serious about this, id go with some light weight 17' wheels first. then probably power mods in this order: megan racing header $130, injen short ram $155, custom catback $? then a perrin pully to take some heat off the motor $130

you would get better mpg with this and it would be a little quicker

 

xmetalx is on the ball. Having an intake/header/exhaust combo makes a difference with performance and MPG. Now that I have that combo on my Scion I have been reaching almost 34 MPG, and that's with stock wheels. I can't wait to throw some lighter wheels on it!
