O5 xB Crankshaft wire broken..Please Help!

05 xB Crankshaft position wire damaged.

How do I fix this?? PLEASE HELP

Do I finish cutting the original wire (its halfway cut now) and splice that in there? I'm trying to do this myself, no money for a mechanic.

You can unplug the damaged wire and connector from the crankshaft position sensor. The plug has a locking tab. You'll probably need a small, flat tip screwdriver to disengage it. You won't need the screwdriver to plug in the new part. Just push together until you hear the click.
