The pulley is located behind the inner fender liner/splash panel, on the passenger side of the car. Its the lower pulley and if you don't have a two post lift, then you'll have to remove the front tire to get to it.

Remember, we all started where they are, and we all got here by asking questions and trial and error. Not in any way trying to start a war here but just try to be a lil more helpful in the future to people like this...it feels great when you know you made someones day by helping them out w/ something or just giving them good advice.
I understand where your coming from... But I started out knowing the basic inner works off a motor before modifying them... Look I help build and put together a 12second Drag integra in 1992, when I was 16... And I didnt know what the hell I was doing but I learned hands on... I've always been helpful to people that have the basic knowledge of what parts are in the motor. look around www.toyotanation.com or www.echodrivers.com ...

I've never refuse to give out useful information to people. Alot of times I trip on people because they do 1) Give out wrongful information , which can cause someone their motor. 2) Add mods to their cars without knowing the basic knowledge of what the part their replacing does or do.

Figure it out, if you really serious and if you call your self an enthusiast you would look and start reading and researching. Alot of information on the forums are good. But the majority of the information given out are way wrong. I mean look at it this way I've been playing around with suspensions on the echo chassis for 2years now. And I barely finally got it right. After 7 sets of suspensions, 8 pairs of springs, 1 re-valve job and 1 de-stroking the shocks... It all comes from hands on and researching stuff from books, magazines, internet, and actual conversations with professional racers...
I apologize if I came on strong but thats my honest opinion when someone ask what a pulley is and he wants to replace it with an aftermarket one... He has no idea the effects it cause his motor.

"Opinions are like _______s ... everyone has one"

Just my 2 cent...
