Port Matching Plastic Intake Plenum?
Has anyone taken off the plastic intake plenum to see how it lines up with the gaskets on between plenum and heads? I know you should do a complete port match on the heads to be 100% effective.
I am just wondering what it looks like. I had a Probe GT that just completing this step on the plenum yeilded good results due to the crappy casting of the plenum.
Knowing that these are plastic, it would be easy to port match at least with the gasket.
:?: So anyone knows how good is the match of the gasket and the air plenum? :?:
***I already know the dangers of doing it yourself and that porting plastic you will clog up more bits on your grinder.***

how much could be done tho? i'm guessin it's allready pretty decent quality. i'd look for widening the manifold near the throttle body. and the throttle body itself.
