Default Tranny fluid and filter change Question

I am one of those people that wants to do everything on my XB myself.

Is doing my tranny fluid and filter change something that I can do myself with basic hand tools?

Or do I have to take it somewhere because the tranny fluid has to be pumped in because the filler opening is somewhere stupid or some other reason.

Thanks everyone.

p.s.

If I can do it myself where can I get the stuff? what's the best full synthetic tranny fluid I can get? and do I need a new gasket and or bolts? and just for sayso sake my Xb is a 5-speed Manual tranny.

Thanks again
