i do believe the yaris uses a C150 tranny, not a C50. it's a simular tranny in ratios but it's internals are weaker. but don't qoute me on this, i may be wrong, but my thinking thing in my head is telling me it uses a C150 instead of our C50. the reason why i say this is because the Vitz and Yaris between japan and here are the same and the Vitz uses the C150.
