This exhaust system is a good idea or not? two different styles and price...

I've seen these before, but I don't see the point. A straight through is probably better. Is it designed to be silent or something?

I'm guessing it would be quieter since the exhaust gas goes thru the muffler twice

 

Basically the noise frequencies kinda kill each other out , making it pretty quiet while still having good flow characteristics

 

1 YEARS WARRENTY Yeah I'd buy a muffler from someone that can't even freakin spell.

The muffler is probably as restrictive as the stock muffler. I seriously doubt any credible R&D ever went into this it anyways.

And OBX is a poser company. Their products are made in America, but are advertised as Japanese products. Though their stuff us generally better in quality than generic off brand products.

 

Dude this will way outflow a stock muffler , all it is is a two chamber muffler , it will flow pretty good. r&d? do straight thru mufflers have r&d? no and blitz and the like make them.....

obx is garbage brand i liked the other muffler anyways.

 

I dont think this muffler is more restrictive than the OEM muffler.

Its a cheap version or pure imitation of the Mugen exhaust.

This muffler caught my attention for the strange design.

tenzo makes twin loop as well as obx the picture above is of DC sports Twin Canister System the performance of all of these is just as good as any aftermarket while being significantly quieter

 

yep basically you lose 1hp but get a quieter muffler since the exhaust is muffled twice.

 

Reminds me of the "crazy straw" I had when I was a kid
