i'm more or less talking about weld quality
a biggie to watch for
pipe bends
all look like quality machines were used
primary tube length
most are all the same, not much room on our cars
something to concider is design, the exhaust leaves each cylinder at a different time reaching the collector at a certain time, the design ( which cylinder enters the collector in a certain order) can make a big difference in the flow with the back pressure waves.
OBX,Megan and a few other brands, all use a simple clover leaf pattern, DC staggers the tubes to change the time in which the waves hit the collector.
OBX may have improved their quality since they started . DC has always been quality ( Strup too since the same designer did both ), Megan I can't say but most I have heard were happy. Dc is also CARB legal, and ceramic coated ( holds the nessary heat in for a better flow and protection of nearby items ( shifter cables, wires, brake lines)
