I got my intercooler in as well. Since I already had the Greddy turbo waiting for install, I kept it and will just be using the IC. In order to work with the greddy setup though, some new piping will be needed. Rather than installing the turbo at the shop, leave my car, and pull it back off before leaving, I decided to just do a mock up using a spare motor I have, and take it to be fit off-vehicle.

Ignore the black PVC pipe, it's just there to hold the hot side pipe up. It will be replaced, probably by shortening the hot side and then using a series of bends to kind of follow the intake piping routing.

Talk about some bench racing! Good look Heck the PVC will work fine for a bit LOL! They had a make your own intake kit at Kragen that was a box full of PVC and different elbows!

Yeah man, this should double the HP of my garden shed.

5.75 HP John Deere push mower + 1.5 HP Weedeater trimmer + 1.5 HP Weedeater edger + 86 HP 1NZ-FE + 54 HP from turbo

= 148.75 HP. Maybe I should get a riding mower so I can break 150 , or just turn the boost up (I wanna get meth first though)

well I got some sad news Zack, the turbo install is going to have to be put on hold for a year, things have come up in my life that need to come 1st before the car. things that I have been neglecting, things that i may lose, if I don't.

BUT it will be done, and this weekend i will be sending back the old MANI and the next weekend the stage 2 clutch is going in.

Intercooler install was easy once I realized the bracket goes underneath and it sits on top. Initially I tried to hang it with the bracket side up, that didn't work so well.

I’m about 75% done, I’ve done the physical install many times while getting the whole thing hashed out but putting the actual actions into intelligible instructions with photos seems to perplex me a bit.. Be about a week and it should be easy to understand.
