Progress update...
Still working on finalizing everything, all the major parts are done and the picture below is a drop-in front mount intercooler with no cutting or drilling required. I installed the FMIC in under 5 minutes (with the bumper already off of course!) and it clears everything including an add-on tranny cooler!
This kit has been positioned this whole time to roll out in full force with stock on the shelves so I have been real careful not to rush release as this is not a quick one-off product. I want to make sure the quality is consistent across the board and appreciate you all being patient.

The stock grill goes in front so it is not as exposed I just wanted to get a better shot of it for you.
I hear what you are saying about the rocks but I won't be offering an extra grill, if you are concerned you can just pick up some mesh at a hardware store bend the bottom to have a small lip and bolt right to the i/c mount done deal! In reality this should not have any more damage put on it than your stock radiator (yes I know the a/c one is in front ) so I'm not to worried.

Almost done and I see no reason there won’t be dyno sheets and videos up by the end of the month!
I couldn’t find an off the shelf discharge flange that was acceptable so that is getting manufactured right now and should be the last hitch!
Had the FIC on the car last week to test the plug and play harnesses out, they are awesome btw! Yes I know some people don’t mind wiring stuff up but in my opinion this is the only way to go…so simple and how many post have you seen about where does this wire or that wire go when hooking up a FMU?! No questions here just snap on the connectors and go!

I would love to see this month be the one but honestly it will probably be the first part of April.

Why would the Greddy Kit "blow up" ?

because if you don't have a built up motor like i don't any kit can blow up a car depends on how hard you run it and how much boost you run. The max recommended on an Xb is 9 psi i run 6 hard so I don't want to get cocky and bump it up and blow up my car. This guys turbo kit is perfect and programmed not to blow up. Get it and no mine didn't i got one after market.

First off NO the GReddy kit will not "blow up" your xB.
In fact out of the box that is one of the major complaints as they have built the kit around providing such ultra reliability to the end user by running such a low boost level they make sure that damage does not occur. Folks don't get the "oomph" that they were expecting after getting the basic kit and the end result is they spend more money for the upgrades including the FMIC, injectors and so forth but you’re not done there a retune should be done as well to maximize gains and the low cost kit ends up costing much more than anticipated. The 365 Kit starts you with everything you need, plus you get the awesome FIC unit which is very flexible! But make no mistake any turbo kit or even a stock setup can cause major problems if care is not taken....for instance I can head down to Subaru grab a new STi call up my local speed shop (365 Motorwerks of course!) order a boost controller, wire it up and start pressing buttons, done deal I'm paying payments on a car sitting in the driveway that needs some serious work. A harsh example? Yes but it just goes to show that you need to know what you are doing before messing with your car's performance, there are limits and proper steps to be taken to approach those limits safely without crossing over them. But then again if we wanted to drive stock we wouldn’t be reading this thread!

Exactly but if your running a boost controller or different parts that don't come with the kit that push yur psi up then you can blow up the car. I'm just saying your kit sounds and hopefully looks and runs as great as you expect and ill be selling mine to get yours if all goes well. Thats where im coming from im not saying if i keep the kit the way it comes and keep the psi at the same level thats is going to blow up cause if you tune the kit right then you wont have that problem.
