take it apart, clean the piston and the inside housing, lube it up well with grease. I use grease, but motor oil would be ok i assume. Is it a new BOV???

when you let off throttle on my style supercharger the forced air has no where to go . so a blow off valve of some sort was needed.

yes it worked, i used an adapter pipe w/flange and cut piping out and replaced w/adapter pipe and mounted blow off valve to it. then i made it recirculate using a piece of the pipe i wasnt using because i used my cai. so i rigged it so the air went back in intake piping before supercharger. no it didnt have anywhere to put one ...

How does that work? If you've got a BOV, and boost is constantly being released when your engine is at 5k rpm (lets say) with no throttle, wouldn't your MAF read all that air going in?

OOh okay, a recirculation system. Makes sense. Does it still make a cool sound?

Isn;t due to the fact that not as much air is going into the "atmosphere"? Its going back into the intake/engine, so that would account for the lack of sound....

I tot the blitz SC is a bolt on kit and goes straight into the intake manifold? Does it even go thru the BOV?

I hv experienced poor performance on HKS SSQV BOV on a TC ride. This only happens after 1 yr of use..initially very nice...the sound is sweeeet! But after a year...

What year was it? Because they just redesigned it in 2007, I have the new style...maybe they've fixed their issues.
