That is what the Greedy is a Twin Screw Supercharger! It is smaller but the same idea.

The Cuda Does not have a blower, that is a Tunnel Ram intake manifold. If you really want to do this to any xB it could be done you will need a supercharger like a Greddy and a Kinsler Hat Injection Unit some time and some fabrication skills.

"That is what the Greedy is a Twin Screw Supercharger! It is smaller but the same idea. "

Just an FYI, the blowers Greedy and Blitz use are Roots blowers, not twin screw. A screw blower is different than a roots design. All Eaton superchargers are Roots supercharger with the exception of the modified 112 on the Ford GT and a new variant they have made for the new Cobra. Blowers such as Whipple use screws.

Just sayin.

And you COULD put the blower out of the hood on an XB, it would be sideways unless you developed a crazy intake design with an even crazier pulley / shaft / gear system. You could not put a blower that big on it though as the power required to spin it to any useable boost level would closly negate the gains.

Default hood vents & scoops

These guys are great:

http://www.alsblowers.com/

They make several, they wouldn't really look quite right tho, a little large in scale for an scion.

However a nice hood coop that directs air to the intake wouldn't be a bad idea, even something as low tech as something like this:

Or you could finish up some trim using some of these scoops and vents:

i just wanted to clear things up, the only way you could get your xb to look like that is if you swapped out the whole drive train. and put in a v8, but i don't think there would be enough room in the engine bay. see your engine is mounted sideways in the engine compartment, all of those cars in the pictures are different then yours, there engines are mounted straight. they are also all carberated cars not fuel injection.

supercharger are the same in theory but the ones for your car are much more different then the ones in those pictures.

it would look, but you would be paying alot for all of the custom work needed to achieve that look
