Default CINCINNATI OHIO TURBO KIT FINISHED!!!!

HERES SOME PICS OF THE 15 HOUR INSTALL. NOT MANY PICS, HAD TO MUCH TO DO TO PICK UP CAMERA BUT I WILL TAKE SOME MORE FINISHED PICS FOR YOU GUYS. CAR FEELS SMOOTH AS STOCK AS I AM BABYING IT UNTIL TUNING NEXT WEEK.

CUTTING BUMPER FOR INTERCOOLER


INTERCOOLER MOUNTED UP WITH SOME PIPING


HEAT WRAPPED DOWNPIPE



PREPPING THE TURBO FITTINGS



TURBO MOUNTED UP TO CHECK CLEARANCE AND MIDDLE OF TURBO ALIGNMENT WHICH WAS WAY OFF.


GREDDY SANDWICH ADAPTER



CUT AND REWELDED STOCK EXHAUST


AUTOMETER OIL PRESSURE GAUGE IN THE GREDDY SANDWICH ADAPTER


BLURRY INTAKE AND BLOWOFF VALVE PIC


OIL PAN OFF


OIL DRAIN INSTALLED


TURBO,MANIFOLD AND DOWNPIPE INSTALLED THE RIGHT WAY WITH SOME HEAT SHIELD


I WILL POST SOME MORE PICS TOMMOROW DURING THE DAY OF ENGINE BAY AND WILL POST DYNO VIDS NEXT WEEK WHEN IM AT THE TUNERS. HOPE YOU ALL LIKE IT AND ANYONE WHO HAS A TURBO ON THEIR EGG I KNOW YOU FEEL MY PAIN AS THIS WAS MUCH HARDER THAN MY 1998 ECLIPSE GST INSTALL. NO ROOM WHATSOEVER.

Zack you will be the first to know for sure. You have been a huge, huge help in this long drawn out process. Thanks sosa i seen your video thats thing can move nice spool im just waitng for someone with an xb or xa with an RS Bov .

Don't forget the hose clamps on the intercooler piping. Kind of an odd design for the front mount. Let us know how it turns out.

did you have the front mount on the gst? if so then you must have learned that you will need to get some T clamps for the intercooler and all the piping. those are the safest and most secure.
