We took the internals out and inspected the block, head, rods, pistons, etc. The block could benefit from a sleeve brace but other than that, I think it will hold up to some good punishment. I'm not worried about the rods we are using to break at all. Proper tuning and a good turbo kit will net you good numbers. As of today, we do not plan on selling our kits over the internet or mail order. Our kits will be installed by us and each car will be individually tuned by us, on our dyno. Not all cars behave the same so using a "tune" on a piggy back ecu then shipping it out to someone is not going to cut it. We also do compression and leak down tests on the motors before going FI.
awesome work

do you think the internatls could hold up to 12-15 psi or more? from a greddy blower? Ive been thinking about changing the pulleys to get the blower to spin faster. Have you made any motor mounts i tryed the filling idea you showed but its not holding up now tha main mount on the passanger side is hammered. How long do you need with the car to do the internals and tune? very interested in makiing tons of power with the blower.

Let me rephrase that.. You think you guys could get 300fwhp reliably for a daily driven xB?

We can remove the head, crank, etc and have the new internals in within 1-2 days. We would like to keep the car a few days after to make sure everything is in working order. I don't know how you will get that much boost from an SC. I still recommend turbocharging over the sc, esp on a front wheel drive car.

yep. You can't do it on stock internals or stock fuel system of course.
