My good friend and I decided to do a 40mph roll run. He just got an SRT-4 and is stock other than an intake. SRT-4's are pretty quick and run high 13's stock and trap 100-101 mph with a good driver. I wanted to see how we stacked up, I don't like street racing but we are friends and a little highway pull if ok for funzies. Camera car is a friend's na tC trying to keep up.

Yea im hurting for track time lol. I think March is when they start to open. There is an auto x in a couple of weeks and a circuitcross in Feb. but other than that ill be bored the rest of the winter lol.

 

Lol I wouldn't mind taking a shot at some autox never did it before.

 

I saw the street racing on the video. So who's against racing at the track: street racing or the drags at SIR? Stan

Ever drive the autobahn? I did it in 1989. There is no limit in Germany. Audis have a limit at 155mph, but BMW 7 series does not, neither does Porsche. You can run 175 all day. We got into a race with a BMW 5 series on a 2 lane road. That was legal street racing, all those tall trees in the Black Forest, even I was scared. Tricked out BMW's can corner pretty well. Stan
