Ive concluded that my car is not good for drag racing. But I will still run the 1/4 to post up results. Yesterday I went to the 1/8th mile track a couple of minutes away from Ptuning and didnt do so well. 9.2 was my best... I ran a 8.9 with the small turbo and 60 less whp. The track however is not a good track as far as prep because my 60 ft was a 2.2. At MIR I pulled 2.000 hitting speed cut immediately. I still hit rev limiter at 7k in 3rd gear before the finish line but crossed at 83 mph anyhow.

run the quarter mile and see whats up. big turbo = back half car. your short time probably needs some work.

blown_xA, did you ever end up putting brake ducts in your car? I'm looking to do that to mitigate the heating of the brakes on track days.

Not yet but I found out in the last time attack I really need to. After 2 laps I lost a lot of braking because of the heat. I will be doing it before the next track event most likely.

Not yet man but I really havent been able to focus on it yet. Im certain running 12's is obtainable with the power I have now but I now realize having the power isnt everything, utilizing it is just as important.

Yeah I am having the same issue after about 2 laps as well. That's why I'd figure I'd ask you and see what type of system you devise. I took a look around the rotors and there's not much room to work with (to route tubing) so I'm curious as to what you plan on doing. I am going to try to remove the two plastic covers for where the fog lights go and remove the backing plate behind both rotors and see if that does anything.
